Minister of Interior Orders to Extend Hajj Permissions' Issuance Period for Citizens and Residents

AlHijjah 4, 1433, Oct 20, 2012, SPA -- Prince Ahmed bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior and the Head of the Hajj Supreme Committee, instructed pertaining authorities to extend the period of issuance of permissions for citizens and residents, who want to perform this season Hajj, up to next Tuesday.
Prince Ahmed decision came in response to passports' committees recommendations, as permissions for performing Hajj kept down pouring, after the expiry of the previously set deadline, Assistant Director General of Passports for Hajj and Umrah Affairs Brigadier Ayidh Al-Harbi said.
