One Syrian Refugee Killed, Two Others Injured While Crossing into Jordan

AlQa'dah 28, 1433, Oct 14, 2012, SPA -- One Syrian refugee died and two others were seriously injured while attempting to cross into Jordan from Syria following fierce clashes between Syrian government forces and rebels near the Jaber border post late last night, Jordan News Agency (Petra) reported.
Director of the Mafraq Public Hospital Hmoud Sarhan said the Emergency Department received three displaced Syrians who were seriously injured, adding that one died succumbing to his wounds while emergency aid was provided to the two others.
He added that the injured were transferred to the King Abdullah University Hospital in Irbid for further treatment.
