Libya's National Congress votes against emergency cabinet

AlQa'dah 21, 1433, Oct 7, 2012, SPA -- Libya's National Congress on Sunday rejected the emergency cabinet of 10 ministers presented by Prime Minister-elect Mustafa Abu Shagur, dpa reported.
According to state media, 125 members voted against the line-up, while 44 voted for Abu Shagur's nominations and 17 members abstained.
