AlQa'dah 12, 1433, Sep 28, 2012, SPA -- Dr. Abdullatif Al-Zayani, the Secretary General of the Riyadh-based Gulf Cooperation Council, attended the reception party held by Prof. Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu, the Secretary General of the Jeddah-based Islamic Cooperation Organization, at the headquarters of the United Nations in New York to mark the convening of the 67th session of the UN General Assembly.
