raising and disbursement of charity within the Kingdom. The council formed an ad hoc committee to re-study the issue and submit if for discussion in a later meeting of Majlis Al-Shura. Majlis Al-Shura discussed a report of Security Affairs Committee regarding identification cards for women. The council returned the bill to the committee for further study. The council listened to a report submitted by the Economic Affairs Committee suggesting penalties against those who violate the provisions of Article V of the non-Saudi ownership and investment of real estate system. Al-Shura council gives the committee more time to re-study the issue and discuss it in a future session. Majlis Al-Shura discussed a report presented by the Educational and Scientific Research Affairs Committee regarding two annual reports of King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology for the fiscal years (1431/1432H - 1432/1433H).
