AlQa'dah 05, 1433, September 21, 2012, SPA -- Speaker of the Belgian House of Representatives, Andre Flahaut received here today members of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) joint parliamentary delegation under the chairmanship of Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Al-Sheikh, Speaker of Majlis Al-Shoura of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in presence of Omani Speaker of Shoura Council, Dr. Khalid bin Hillal Al-Mawali and members of the GCC legislative councils. The meeting came within the official visit being paid currently by GCC delegation to European Union and Belgium, to discuss and promote the GCC-European relations. Durin the meeting, Flahaut noted the bilateral relations between his country and GCC member States, stressing the keenness of the GCC leaders and their moderate policies on supporting stability on both regional and international arenas. He hailed also the initiative launched by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for dialogue among followers of religions and cultures.
