Summer Tourist Festivals Reap SR 10.8 Billion

AlQa'dah 3, 1433, Sep 19, 2012, SPA -- Tourism festivals and events held in the summer of this year in the regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia achieved financial returns that exceeded SR 10.8 billion through more than 10.6 million visitors including 4.02 million tourists.
These figures were disclosed in a field survey report by The Saudi Commission for Tourism and Antiquities (SCTA).
The field survey covered 20 festivals and events held in several cities of Saudi Arabia.
