Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi, in a speech in which he addressed his Syrian counterpart Bashar Al-Assad, said Wednesday that the time for change has come. "Now is the time for change... You will not stay (in power) for longer," Morsi said at a meeting of the Arab League Foreign Ministers Council in Cairo, according to a report of dpa. "The Syrian people have made their decision. There is no room for foot-dragging, procrastination or waste of time."
