Yemeni Foreign Minister Dr. Abu Bakr Al-Qirbi and U.S. Ambassador to Yemen Gerald Feierstein discussed here today the ongoing arrangements for the meeting of the Consultative Group to be held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on September 4-5, and the meetings of the Conference of Donors and Friends of Yemen scheduled in New York on September 27. During the meeting, the two sides stressed the importance of concerted efforts for the implementation of the political settlement agreement in Yemen based on the initiative of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) States.
