The Secretary General of International Islamic Relief Organization of Saudi Arabia (IIROSA), an affiliate of Muslim World League, Dr. Adnan Bin Khalil Pasha, has called for changing the traditional pattern of humanitarian assistance to the poor and needy people through the concentration on training and qualifying them. Dr. Pasha pointed out in a press statement today that within the framework of these modern concepts, the Organization has adopted many programs of training including supporting and administering 4 vocational centers for trainees in Sri Lanka and Nigeria.
