Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has ordered the allocation of two lots of land with an area of more than five and a half million square meters to build King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center in Jeddah and King Abdullah Medical City along the highway between Makkah and Jeddah. This was stated by Minister of Health Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Rabiah. The minister said that the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques approved the necessary funds for the establishment of the first phase of the hospital and approved the amounts necessary for the medical city. The minister added that the two projects will be awarded soon to serve the region of Makkah and its neighboring regions in the western sector of the Kingdom.
