The Saudi embassy in Lebanon called on Saudi nationals in Lebanon today to leave the country immediately, citing the developments in the Lebanese arena and threats by unknown sources to abduct Saudi nationals and others in Lebanon. In a statement, the embassy also advised all Saudi citizens outside Lebanon not to come to Lebanon amid the current circumstances. These measures are part of the keenness of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and his government on the safety and security of Saudi nationals, particularly in view of the security situations in the region, the statement added.
