The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud met at Al-Safa palace in Makkah before sunset today with Sheikh Hamad bin Jassem bin Jabr Al Thani, Qatar's Prime Minister and Foreign Minister. During the audience, the Minister conveyed to the monarch the greetings of Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, Emir of Qatar. In turn, the King sent his greetings to the Emir. The overall developments at the Islamic and Arab nations were discussed at the meeting. The meeting was attended by Prince Miqren bin Abdulaziz, Advisor to and Special Envoy of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques; Prince Faisal bin Abdullah bin Mohammed, Minister of Education; Prince Miteb bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Minister of State, Member of the Cabinet and Commander of the National Guard. On the Qatari side, the meeting was attended by Abdullah bin Eid Al-Silaiti, the Director General of the office of the Qatari Prime Minister; and Ali bin Abdullah Al Mahmoud, the ambassador of Qatar to the Kingdom.
