At least five paramilitary soldiers were killed and 14 injured when their vehicle was hit by a roadside bomb in south-western Pakistan, an official said Wednesday. The incident took place late Tuesday in the Turbat area of Kech district, about 750 kilometres south-west of Quetta, capital of Baluchistan province, according to a report of DPA. The soldiers were travelling in two vehicles towards Turbat when the bomb struck, police official Nawaz Ali said by phone. "Four soldiers were killed on the spot while one succumbed to his injuries in hospital," Ali said.
