World Assembly of Muslim Youth (WAMY) Branch in the Eastern Region has provided scholarships to 1,026 students in the scholarship program which is implemented by WAMY in 21 countries in East and Southeast Asia, Jordan, Lebanon, Bahrain, Yemen and Sudan as part of its efforts in the service of Muslim youth to prepare them scientifically and educationally and develop their abilities and advance them to contribute in the service of their countries and the development of their communities. Within the framework of its care for education, WAMY also completed this year its sponsorship of 451 undergraduate students in the above mentioned countries in addition to other activities aiming at encouraging education.
