A driver was killed and his helper injured Tuesday when unknown gunmen attacked a convoy of NATO supply trucks in north-western Pakistan, officials said. The attack took place in Teddi market near Jamrud town of Khyber, one of seven tribal districts where insurgents are active, according to a report of DPA. District official Iqbal Khan said two motorcyclists opened fire on three Afghanistan-bound lorries carrying goods for NATO troops. "The driver died of injuries in a local hospital," he said.
