Turkey's seismology center says a moderately strong earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 5.0 has shaken central Turkey. There are no immediate reports of casualties or damage, according to a report of the Associated Press. The Istanbul-based Kandilli Observatory says the quake occurred Sunday in the central province of Kahramanmaras. Private NTV television says the quake was felt in neighboring provinces.
