Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and his accompanying delegation arrived here last night on a two-day official visit to Egypt. The Palestinian President is scheduled to hold a meeting with Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi later today, to discuss the latest developments in the region, especially the current situation in Palestinian territories and on-going efforts to push forward the (Middle East) peace process.
