Norway is to tighten its anti-terrorism laws, a Justice Ministry spokesman said Thursday, drawing lessons from the attacks carried out last year by Anders Behring Breivik in which 77 people were killed. The government wants to make it easier to prosecute those preparing terrorist attacks and those working alone, dpa reported. Right-wing radical Breivik spent years preparing twin attacks - a bomb placed outside a government building, followed by a shooting spree at a Labour Party youth camp - on his own and unnoticed by authorities. -- SPA
