At least 11 Syrian soldiers were killed on Friday in two separate attacks, dpa quoted an opposition group as saying. Five Syrian soldiers were killed when an explosion hit their vehicle in the town of Maaret al-Nouman in the north-western province of Idlib, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said. At least six others were killed by opposition rebels in the restive province of Aleppo in northern Syria, the Britain-based organization said.
