Emir of Kuwait appoints Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah as Prime Minister

Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of Kuwait, issued today an Emiri order re-appointing Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah as Prime Minister and charge him with forming a new government.
