Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense, received here today Commander of Western Region, Major General Zaal Bin Sulaiman Al-Balawi, accompanied by commanders of the branches of the Armed Forces in the western region and a number of retired officers, who came to greet and pledge allegiance to him as the Crown Prince. Addressing the audience, the Crown Prince said, "You have worked faithfully in the service of the religion, King and homeland. We are proud and honored to serve this country, the land of Revelation and Qiblah of Muslims. We praise Allah Almighty for the blessings of security, safety, prosperity and unity. We confirm our commitment to the tolerant Islamic religion''. The audience was attended by Director General of the Office of Crown Prince, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense, Lieutenant General Abdulrahman bin Saleh Al-Bunyan.
