The Information Spokesman at the Saudi Embassy in Nairobi said that three Saudi nationals were attacked on their way back to hotel in Nairobi this morning by gunmen intending to kidnap and rob them. Two of the attacked were injured, one in the lower pelvis and the other in the lower stomach, while the third went unharmed, the spokesman said, adding that the injured are in a stable and reassuring situation. He said arrangements are currently underway to rush them to the Kingdom for further treatment. The Embassy was embarked with the Kenyan authorities to take the necessary measures to chase the culprits and bring them to justice, he said, adding that the Embassy advises Saudi nationals in Kenya to take care while moving and keep in contact with the Embassy.
