KSU Awarded Two Medical Patents from U.S. Patent Office

King Saud University (KSU) has been awarded two medical patents from U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
The University's Supervisor of the Program of Intellectual Property and Licensing of Technology, Dr. Khalid bin Saad Al-Saleh pointed out that the patents have been awarded for " Detection of lung cancer by photolysis of body fluids" submitted by Research Chair of Colon Cancer, Faculty of Medicine, and for "A way to distinguish between malignant and benign prostate tumors" submitted by Princess Al-Joharah Al-Ibrahim Chair for Prostate Cancer Research.
