Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense, received more cables of congratulations on the occasion of his selection as the Crown Prince and his appointment as Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense.
Those who congratulated him on the occasion included Sultan Qaboos bin Said of Oman, King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain, Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
