Kuwait's Deputy Chief of General Staff of the Army, Lt. Gen. Abdul Rahman Mohammed Al-Othman received here today Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for the Middle East, Matthew J. Spence.
During the meeting, they discussed aspects of military cooperation and ways of enhancing defense ties between the two countries.
