Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh region, and President of High Commission for Riyadh Development, chaired here yesterday the 3rd joint meeting of the Commission, the Regional Council, the Municipal Council, and the Board of Directors of Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Riyadh. The meeting was attended by Prince Mohammed bin Saad bin Abdulaziz, Vice Governor of Riyadh Region and the Commission's Vice President and Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, President of Saudi Commission for Tourism and Antiquities (SCTA). Addressing the meeting, Prince Sattam said that the meeting comes in the framework of consultations usually organized by the High Commission for Riyadh Development every two years. On his part, the Commission's Member and President of Center of Projects and Planning Eng. Ibrahim bin Mohammed Al-Sultan said in a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA) that there are currently 2,980 projects under implementation in the region with an estimated cost of SR 264 billion.
