Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh Region, chaired at his office today the meeting of the Committee on the Best Utilization of Al-Thumamah Park, located on the northern outskirts of capital Riyadh. Prince Mohammed bin Saad bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of Riyadh Region, who is also Deputy Chairman of the Committee, and Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, President of the General Commission for Tourism and Antiquities, attended the meeting. In a statement following the meeting, Eng. Ibrahim bin Mohammed Al-Sultan, Chairman of the Projects and Planning Department at the Riyadh Development Authority, said the meeting approved a new plan for Al-Thumamah Park, including the Natural Museum, Plant Garden, Al-Safari Garden and Family Camps.
