Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohieddin Khoja, Minister of Culture and Information, extended thanks to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud on the occasion of the Cabinet's approval of transferring Saudi Press Agency and Radio and Television into two commissions. In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Dr. Khoja said the King's approval reflects his keenness on supporting the Ministry of Culture and Information and the media apparatus. He pointed out that this royal gesture will enhance the efficacies of the Saudi Press Agency and the Radio and Television. The Minister of Culture and Information said the issuance of this decision dovetails many of the decisions, orders and directives the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques has taken to promote and support different sectors, including the development of education, judiciary and economy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. --More
