The Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohieddin Khoja received here today a team of The Call of Islam Radio on the occasion of winning the Gold Award at 12th Gulf Festival held in Bahrain on May 14- 18, 2012. Dr. Khoja congratulated them on winning the Award, pointing out that this victory is a good fruit of the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud before a year and a half, to develop the Radio and extend its broadcasting around the clock on independent waves, noting that in implementation of the King's directives the Channels of the Holy Quran in Makkah and Prophet's Sunnah in Madinah were launched.
