U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon Monday condemned the deadly suicide attack in Yemen at a military parade rehearsal in the capital Sana'a that killed 96 soldiers and wounded 300 more. "The secretary-general strongly condemns the terrorist attack that took place in Sana'a today," Ban's spokesman Farhan Haq said at a news briefing. "This criminal act cannot be justified by any cause. Its perpetrators must be held accountable," Haq said. "The secretary-general expresses his deep sympathy and condolences to the victims of this heinous act and their families, as well as to the people and government of Yemen."
