Ding dela Rosa displayed his prolific kegling expertise with a perfect game of 300 to clinch the male bowler of the week honor with a total 3-game series scratch of 714 during the opening of the Gulf Express-supported Filipino Expatriate Damayan Bowling Group Quick Trio Bowling Contest at the Bowling City here recently. Along with Aisah Silabay and Rudy Jamon, dela Rosa warmed up with a 200 opener. The second game was a show of bowling excellence wherein Larry Domingo also shone along with dela Rosa until the 8th frame. As Domingo broke a nine, dela Rosa extended bagging till the 10th frame. Dela Rosa rolled his last two strikes a bit off track, but with his patented spinning style, pin action worked well filling Bowling City with an uproar applause as another perfect game was added to the record books of FEDBG. This was his fourth perfect game with the first three coming him in the UAE. The performance helped dela Rosa's team rank second with 1,819 including Jamon's 576 and Silabay's 529. Topping the initial standings was the trio of Emil Payongayong (648), Oca Bernabe (630) and Eloisa Fernandez (556) totaling 1,834. Third was the team of Andy Yumena (674), Ed Cordova (528) and Eva Garcia (593) who submitted 1,795. Garcia added glory to her team by clinching the Gulf Express Female Bowler of the Week honor. In the fourth spot was the trio of Sol Cuenca, Voi Ycong and Cora Agas (1,751); followed by Larry, Edna and Harold (1,737); Ross, Arnold and Benjie (1,728); Ric Reformado, Joey Calapatia and Evelyn Santoc (1,724); Max Salang, Nards Hassan and Alma Baylon (1,701); Bobby Baraquel, Ferdie Coloma and Bing Baraquel (1,697); and Arnel Bautista, Luis Pacobas and Sally Sa?osa (1,687). __
