The police and the Indian community in Eastern Province are searching for the employer of two Indian workers who died in a car accident on Al-Khobar Highway two weeks ago. Police and Indian community leaders want the employer to come forward and decide whether to bury Mukthyar Malek and Yaseen Hameed here in the Kingdom or send their remains in India. The remains are now kept at the morgue of the Dammam Medical Complex. Malek, 37 years, who was driving the vehicle, and Hameed, 58, died on the spot with severe head injuries. The mangled bodies of the victims were brought to the hospital by Dhahran police who responded immediately after the accident. Normally, the sponsors or company representatives, or friends and relatives will come and identify the corpse. But in this case nobody is coming forward to claim or make positive identification of the victims. Nobody has also reported them to be missing.
