National census launches tomorrow

The population and housing census for 2010 (1431H) will be launched Wednesday by Khaled Bin Muhammad Al-Gosaibi, the Minister of Economy and Planning.
Muhanna Bin Abdul Kareem Al-Muhanna, Director General of the Central Department of Statistics and Information (CDSI) welcomed the minister's attendance at the event.
The CDSI has called on a number of agencies to attend the ceremony.
This includes the General Secretariat of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), heads of statistics authorities in the GCC countries, the Arab League and related international organizations.
