Philippine trade official visits MODON

The Saudi Industrial Property Authority (MODON) recently received the Philippines Undersecretary of the Ministry of Trade and Industry Elmer Hernandez who headed a delegation that also comprised the commercial attaché at the Philippines embassy Faisal Abdullah.
The delegation was acquainted with investment opportunities at MODON-supervised industrial cities and watched a documentary on MODON and the services it offers to investors.
Hernandez expressed his admiration for MODON's capabilities and advantages, including the availability of industrial land at nominal prices all over the Kingdom.
He said he had not expected the Kingdom to have so many industrial cities – 18 and other four under construction – expressing his country's desire to invest in them through BOT contracts.
