Khadr, head of the branch of the Commission for Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice (Hai'a) has promised to conduct a probe into a case in which a man got involved in a fight with Hai'a personnel here in Quba market. Al-Khadr met the man in his office Saturday and told him that a body had been formed to probe into the matter. Hai'a men reportedly intercepted the man suspecting that the woman with him was not his wife. A Hai'a statement said: “We are human beings and human beings make mistakes. If the investigations prove the violation, then a harsh disciplinary action will be taken against the officials.”
