In a triumphant victory for Saudi forces against the infiltrators, the Al-Khubah area has now been secured and life has returned to normal for many citizens. Muhammad Al-Shamrani, Governor of Al-Khubah, resumed his duties at the Governorate's headquarters on Monday. Shops and commercial establishments opened their doors, marking a gradual return to normal life. This comes in the wake of the armed forces tightening its grip on the border areas. The victory of the Armed forces was evident in the high morale of Saudi troops. Roads have been opened in the mountains to ease the flow of machinery and other supplies to Saudi forces stationed at the foothills. Navy Colonel Prince Sultan Bin Khaled Al-Faisal, stressed that the Saudi borders are in trustworthy hands. He said that the armed forces stand like a fort in defense of the nation, so that “no creature on earth can capture an inch of our soil.” Prince Sultan said the Saudi Naval Forces are playing an active role within the armed forces to deter the armed infiltrators. He said it has been a double victory for the Saudi forces because of the return of Crown Prince Sultan, Deputy Prime Minister, Defense and Aviation Minister and Inspector General.
