Inspired by a true story, “Fatenah”, the first Palestinian animated film, documents the life of a 28-year-old woman who has been diagnosed with breast cancer. Another blockbuster from this year, “The Time That Remains” is filmmaker Elia Suleiman's story of a Palestinian family – from the 1948 nakba to the outbreak of the second intifada.
