The tenure of Prince Bandar Bin Sultan as Secretary General of National Security Council was extended by four years Wednesday. King Abdullah, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, issued a Royal Order for the extension. Prince Bandar holds the rank of minister. Prince Bandar, son of Crown Prince Sultan Bin Abdul Aziz, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, was the Kingdom's ambassador to the United States from 1983 to 2005. King Abdullah also extended the service of Saad Bin Naser Al-Sudairi, Adviser to the Minister of Interior, for four years at Excellent Rank.
