Police campaigns in Tabuk over the last few days have resulted in the return of 15 stolen vehicles to their owners, numerous arrests and confiscation of small arms from motorists. A police spokesman said that officials acting on reports also held a man driving a vehicle wanted in connection with criminal activity, and seized numerous offensive items, among them “a stick, clubs, knives and meat cleavers” from cars.
