The Control and Investigation Bureau (CIB) has detected shortcomings in the services provided to citizens by the ministries of health, water, social affairs (social insurance) and labor. According to an informed source, the CIB has charted a strategy to monitor the performance and standard of services provided by ministries and other departments rendering services to citizens in all regions of the country. The program will be carried out in four stages. Specialist supervisors will monitor both the negative and positive aspects in these administrations in different cities and governorates so as to guarantee the program's success. The results will be referred to Dr. Saleh Bin Saud Al-Ali, Chairman of the CIB.
