A Yemeni man who specialized in Ruqia Quran recitation treatment for women at a cost of up to 500 riyals a time has been held by authorities in Makkah. The illegal resident, who provided his services over the telephone to avoid detection, had been caught on previous occasions and deported back to his home country, only to repeatedly reenter the Kingdom illegally.
