Ford Middle East presented an award to Haji Husein Alireza (HHA), the Mercury importer-dealer in Saudi Arabia, in recognition of its record parts sales growth reaching an impressive 121 percent increase over the previous year. The positive growth was attributed to HHA's strong wholesale business supported by its extensive network of 42 retail parts outlets and 17 service facilities throughout the kingdom. Out of the service facilities, three have received Service Excellence Certification from Ford Middle East. “Our investments in strengthening our retail parts outlets and service facilities as well as the continuous personnel training to deliver excellent customer relations have paid off,” said Sheikh Ali Husein Alireza, HHA's managing director. “We are committed more than ever to the success of Mercury in the kingdom by providing our customers consistent quality in vehicle servicing through the use of genuine Ford and MotorCraft parts,” added Alireza. Chris Noel, Ford Middle East's regional director of Customer Service said: “We congratulate HHA for their accomplishment. The success of HHA reflects our practice of working closely with our dealers and implementing various customer satisfaction initiatives to bring genuine Ford and MotorCraft parts closer to customers. “Through its extensive network, HHA has helped us tremendously in our ongoing battle against fake parts, ultimately benefiting our customers who now have more peace of mind when it comes to their vehicle performance and value for money,” added Noel. In 2008, HHA opened three more retail parts outlets in Onaizah, Kilometre 2- Makkah Road and in Bani Malik. HHA is the biggest Mercury dealer in the region and is backed by over hundred years of working with Ford Motor Company. The importer-dealer is the first company to import and distribute automobiles on a commercial basis in the Arabian Peninsula. To date, HHA has one of the largest after-sales networks with 42 outlets and representations in all the major cities of the Kingdom. __
