Prince Sattam Bin Abdul Aziz, Acting Emir of Riyadh Region, signed an organ donation card during the fourth annual conference of the Saudi Society of Nephrology (SSN) that started here Sunday. Inaugurating the conference, Prince Sattam assured the government's and private sector's support for the event. Dr. Jamal Al-Wakeel, president of SSN and vice supervisor general of the conference, said the event is about studying the latest developments and breakthroughs in the domain of nephropathy. Fifty-four American and European scientists and researchers will speak at the event. Heads of Arab and international kidney societies are also participating in the conference.
