Beggars in Hail have reorganized and relocated themselves and have distributed particular duties to each other in preparation for an assault upon those who come to the region to visit their families during the midterm break. According to local residents, beggars have begun to focus on strategic places, such as, mosques, malls, traffic lights and other locations where they are likely to encounter a large number of people. Some say that it is difficult to know whether or not these beggars are really in need, especially as many of them are clearly practicing begging as a profession. An official of the Anti-Begging Committee called upon citizens to cooperate with the concerned authorities to limit the spread of such activities.
