CIP takes over case of attack on Hai'a staff

Police in Madina have referred the case of three women accused of assaulting a member of the Hai'a to the Commission for Investigation and Prosecution (CIP).
The member of the Commission for Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice was allegedly attacked after arresting a man and a woman in a state of khilwa in a shopping mall in Madina. The girl's family reported to police that the Hai'a member assaulted their daughter. Police say their role in the case has ended.
