More than 50 senior citizens from several social care associations in Makkah and Jeddah took part in a party given by Saudi Aramco on Tuesday with the participation of Dr. Ali Al-Heanki, Director General of Social Affairs in Makkah, and a number of Aramco officials. The party included several folkloric and traditional shows and educational health lectures as well as eye tests for the senior citizens. “This initiative represents one of the company's efforts to support various community affairs programs,” said Nabil Baashen, Director of Saudi Aramco Affairs in the Western Region. The company has organized many events in the Makkah region for senior citizens, orphans and children with special needs in cooperation with the Ministry of Social Affairs and a number of charitable institutions and associations with the aim of instilling positive social values in the community, added Baashen. “Such initiatives have a significant impact, especially as they have received the attention of the government and various charitable organizations, which reflects positively on Aramco's great sense of responsibility toward the nation's senior citizens,” said Al
