Under the patronage of Crown Prince Sultan Bin Abdul Aziz, the Presidency of Meteorology and Environment (PME) is organizing the first Arab International Forum and Exhibition for Environmental Legislation. Ahmad Ashour, Vice President of the PME, said that the forum would address the most important environmental issues and encourage Arab countries which had not ratified international agreements to protect the environment and natural resources to join and cover the legal gap on the issue. “The forum hopes to attract environmental and legal activists both regionally and internationally,” Ashour said. “This is a unique initiative in international cooperation to protect the environment and health,” he added.
