Humaid, Deputy Minister of Labor, said here Wednesday that regulations defining the establishment of new companies for recruitment of workers and hiring their services have been finalized and submitted to higher authorities for approval. Al-Humaid also said the ministry will gradually employ females in shops dealing with women's accessories. He said the labor market was disorganized and needs rehabilitation and redesigning.
