MAKKAH – Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman attended funeral prayer of Prince Nawaf Bin Abdul Aziz at the Grand Mosque in Makkah after Isha prayers on Wednesday. His body was buried at Al-Adl Cemetery in Makkah. The janaza prayer was also attended by Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Naif, deputy premier and minister of interior, Deputy Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, second deputy premier and minister of defense, Prince Khaled Al-Faisal, emir of Makkah and advisor of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Prince Faisal Bin Salman, emir of Madinah, Prince Faisal Bin Bandar, emir of Riyadh, Prince Muqrin, Prince Ahmad, several other princes, ministers and senior officials, the Saudi Press Agency reported. After the funeral prayer, King Salman, princes and sons of Prince Nawaf received condolences. Prince Nawaf, who served as special adviser of King Salman, King Abdullah and King Fahd, died on Tuesday. He was appointed chief of the Royal Court, and minister of finance in 1961 and was chief of the general intelligence from 2001 to 2005. — SG/SPA
